WTF are you going on about ...
what exactly has Paul White done wrong ...
he has assessed the clubs current situation
he determined that there is a good chance we would need a new coach for the 2020 season
he identified the best coach that was on the market and initiated talks with that coach.
all things he should have done ... the fact that Melbourne decided to make Bellamy the highest paid coach in the history of the game is NOT Paul Whites fault.
It's not Paul White's fault that Bellamy got a bigger offer from Storm, but we have more money. Why weren't we improving on that offer?
Paul White deserves some criticism for failing to get Bellamy. It's as simple as that. It's his job to create a succession plan and get the best people for the job and he has failed to do so.
Why wasn't Paul White doing everything possible to get Bellamy to the club? He didn't even make a formal offer. By all reports, White had a chat to Bellamy and that was it. Meanwhile Storm were doing every single thing possible to get Bellamy to stay.
This is a cut-throat business where results matter and he didn't get a result this time.

In fact, I have serious concerns about our succession plan. If it's true that Bennett is the one that's presented a plan to the board, then that right there does raise some questions..
