My guess is that Bruce is alluding to what he read in the newspaper. And you can generally take anything written by a league reporter with a grain of salt

The impression I get from Ikin is that he's not likely going to talk about internal club business/politics/issues, with someone outside of the club, despite his media background

Yup, that’s right Ikin isn’t that sort of a person. I admire the professionalism in him.

QRL is going nowhere, they have shown their hand here and in a few years Ikin wants to make the change im sure they will still fall over themselves..

Frankly, to leave now means Ikin doesnt really leave Brisbane with any kind of legacy does he?

The club needs a few consecutive years where the front office stays intact, so im happy he has decided to stay.
