I did snag it FTW, Backed Winx straight out and banked it in a F4 with Criterion and Highland Reel then threw in a few roughies for 4th. Iwas at a lunch earlier this year and Waterhouse said then that she would win the Cox Plate with Pornichet so I threw it in only because it would shit me if it beat me.

Ha, I had Winx, Highland Reel and Criterion ready to go in a trifecta, fully selected them all and everything, but then I was like nahhhh, that's too obvious.

Lol exactly. I'd had a pretty rough day up to that point so confidence was too low.

Oh well done!!! I won't be rude and ask what percent of it you got, but I know it paid well. I'll always jump on one of her horses if I see them at big odds, especially an event like that.

Interested in the Exosphere race but will probably watch only. Too many shorties get rolled down the straight first time.

I like Richies Vibe in race 3 $8.50 fixed the place, I don't think it can win but always throw a couple on just in case for the don't shit me factor.

Ethiopia is Race 5 is another at $ 8.50 the place. He will get the trip for sure but he is unreliable at best.

You're right. Straight 6 is a different race and Keen Array can pull a smokie. Good luck mate.

I don't think anyone who punts regularly would have picked that win tbh. Good on her indeed
