I wouldn't rush Billy back into the side. He needs match fitness given his long layoff let him get some in the Hostcup first then when ready bring him back. At that stage one of Hunt or Paix will need to be dropped. We can't have two passengers in attack at dummy half. Oh and as much as I will be happy to see him back it will take more then him to turn this shit around.
 
I’d be bringing him straight on the bench over Hunt.

After a few weeks possibly starting with Hunt or Mozer on the bench. Ideally Mozer takes the starting spot eventually and Billy provides spark and utility value from the bench.
