Not sure how true this is, can someone confirm this?

My mate said, apparntly he heard from someone that it was on the coverage or post match news, the fans were throwing bottles and what not at Sims? He had to be escorted out?

I didnt read/see anything.

As much as I'm cut at Sims, I wouldn't go that low.

They don't deserve to be fans of the club if they did that.

Disgraceful act.

i hope it didnt happen, we arent the eels or bulldogs, we dont do shit like that

that discraseful,

the guy made a mistake (major) but he gives 100% every game he was playing good up untill that

I agree that as dirty as i am on him and all no one deserves to be pelted with bottles or anything else for that matter. I have no issue with the crowd being dirty on him cause when you cut through all the bs if he held the ball Broncs win. But still no excuse for physical abuse. But i have to disagree about the statement that he was playing good up till that. I thought he had a rather poor game...but he was not alone.

Gutter act. They should be banned for life. Fancy turning on one of your own. I bagged Hodges for his crappy play the balls but you don't throw shit at your own jersey.

If they did I would love to ring their necks.

Absolutely pathetic if that happened. Good thing about Suncorp is there's a thousand cameras, so there's a good chance they'll be able to work out who did it.

Yeah, Sims dropped the ball. Yeah, he could've hit the ball up with less vigour and turned his back to make it harder to knock the ball out of his grasp. Big deal.

Clinton dropped it twice and got hooked after 15 minutes.
Moon was so bad in defence you'd insult a speed bump by calling him that.
Lockyer and Carroll couldn't catch herpes from a skank at the Alhambra the way they handled the ball.
If Ennis didn't wander out of dummyhalf and turn his back on the marker so they could slap the ball out of his hands the Broncos wouldn't have turned the ball over with 4 minutes to go.
Hodges was an absolute cocksmoker all night - fucking up play the balls, not looking for Kemp when he was open, and then blowing up at Kemp the one time he looked for him and he wasn't there. Conceding a penalty by being a jerk to the touch judge.

Seriously. Sims' **** up was the most obvious, but he wasn't alone. And you can bet your life he's feeling worse than anyone else.

We dropped the ball for most of the first half, Sims was no better or worse than those (apart from the timing).

I certainly hope that didn't happen. I left as soon as the siren went. And I agree - you can't blame Sims alone. But geez he would be feeling like shit about this.

Yeah that's the way it went down.

If we want to blame anyone look at Lockyer for not taking the 2. Poor old Sims, he would've been so tired after having to play more than usual cos of Clinton & Thaiday not being on.

In fact, let's blame Cam Smith for tackling Thaiday and hurting him.

mmm welll I haven't ready anything about it at all, so it could be false information.

anyhow, getting slowly over the loss.

Those guys should be be banned. He's a great player. Despite he's ball handling. One of my favourites this season!

Horrific act. Completely agree with Coxy on this one.

Sims made one of 100 errors our side made the other night. We had the game in our grasp heaps of times and just couldn't get there. IMO he has really improved in the past few months and it's a shame some morons choose to lay blame because of the timing of that particular error.

Hope Ashton keeps his chin up and keeps plugging away. You can't let little things like that eat away at you.

I think the fact that he dropped the ball and the Storm won the match off that set is enough humiliation for him.

Well I'm yet to see or hear evidence this happened, nothing in the press and no-one else saw or heard of it happening, and if it was on the coverage surely at least someone here would have seen it............so for what it is worth I don't think it happened !!!

If it happened the media would have reported about it.
