Was at that game. Went in super confident after we thrashed the Rabbitohs, Manly and a comprehensive win of the Roosters in the 3 matches before.
Was shattered. Feels like we haven't been able to keep our head above water since that game.

Our fitness and conditioning staff must seriously be bottom of the barrel. Those injuries are just an absolute disgrace. No team can compete when they're dealing with that sort of injury toll.

I really hope this season doesn't break the young guns. I really hope it forges them into something stronger, that they come together at the end of the year and make a pact to never get so low again. This picture says so much to me. A young leader being lending a shoulder to a tired young warrior. Both already so scarred and beaten but capable of so much more. If anything, I think these blokes really care and are giving everything but they lack a true guiding voice. So they must become something beyond their years. It hurts me to see something like this, but I really hope they get through it.

I didn't watch the game. I am making a stand against the NRL and its new rules. But it nearly brought me to tears seeing it.
