But how much of the signing not making sense or him being a bad coach is actually legit and not something lead by the great Seibold hate of 2019? I mean no one seems to even know what his role was so how can we say he was doing it poorly?

He was working with the forwards and judging by their performances, I think he did a pretty good job considering the amount of inexperience in the side.

Corey also assisted him in working with the forwards.

As a salary perhaps, but like most CEO's there are probably a range of bonuses and incentives on offer to him when we achieve various metrics.
