$50,000, fmd. That’s a lot of money even for Fifita.

It’s effectively a bribe also. Apparently the victim has seen none of the money.

Here I was thinking it was maybe gonna be 10k maximum....

Heres hoping the 50k was taken out of Boyds salary 😅

Should be a good warning to the other NRL players before they choose to go to that sh*thole, Bali...

it IS a bribe. That’s what Bali does best.

That just means he's still fishing. Did you not see his smile in that photo? He got a nice juicy piece of the pie.

"Our integrity unit is very experienced........"

Absolutely the NRL is, should start up a legal firm! So far they have dealt with minor extortion, insider trading/gambling, fraud, domestic assault, public nudity and disrepute, specialists in peptides and monologues, specialists in email investigations and specialists in contracts/retirements.

This is all reading to me like it was one big scam.

It's Bali. It's very likely.

Interesting to hear that the victim hasn't seen any of the money, though. It's went to Bali officials.

If you've ever been on a scooter in Bali you should know all about being scammed

Wonder why they chose him as a target. They wouldn’t know he’s a professional footballer from Australia from looking at him.
You’d imagine they didn’t know until they caught the guy that he’d have that sort of money available. If he was a nobody he gets out a lot cheaper.
