If worst comes to worst salary cap wise and Oates continues his push to the 2nd row, we force Thaiday into retirement to free up his money and our priorities should be Gillett and TPJ. Oates is a great player and I love watching him play but he might be leaving us with little choice when it comes to prioritizing positions in our top 17. We've been hurting so long in the front row that TPJ's potential is a massive breath of fresh air, and we all already know how important Gillett is.
