NEWS Broncos investigating alleged Payne Haas-Albert Kelly brawl video

Our fearless leader, DD was on 4BC and said pretty much what we have come to expect from him - not a lot.

The thing is, the broncos don't give a shit. Actually even the majority of broncos supporters don't give a shit.

They got enough money, momentum and enough fans..... they couldn't give a shit if 5 people emailed them last week calling them spineless bla bla bla, shit they could ignore 100 emails or "even worse", 100 member cancellations and no one would bat an eye.

Only something extreme and organised could possibly change something but that's not going to happen.

Maybe an unpopular decision but I actually think they got the penalty correct if you consider that the incident would have been a fine only if it wasn’t for the ‘Bronco’ loading which added the week to the tally.

We all moaned about how Munster and Cheese only got 1 week for the cocaine scandal but we failed to consider that their incident in isolation was a 3-4 week penalty but they got the ‘Storm’ discount of 2-3 weeks.

Same reason why Nelson got off for a swinging arm to the back of the head of an opponent. He got the 2-3 week ‘Storm’ discount. Teddy also got the ‘Rooster’ discount for the racial slur whilst Montoya got the ‘Warriors’ loading and is the reason why he is being sat down for 4 weeks.

To avoid hysteria in advance for the next off field incident, do the correct calculations using the following table

The NRL Integrity Unit Table

Play in a Storm/Roosters/Panthers jersey: 2-3 week discount for early plea

Play in a Eels/Rabbitohs/Sharks/Bulldogs/Sea Eagles/Tigers/Dragons/Knights: 1 week discount for early plea

Play in a Raiders/Titans/Cowboys jersey: 0 loading or discount

Play in a Broncos/Warriors jersey: Add 1-2 weeks loading

Montoya 4 week suspension for calling Feldt a "******".
Squidesco 10k fine no suspension for yelling racist shit to a member of the public.

Now remember the "integrity" unit used the reasoning for Haas' suspension that "his status as a senior player in the game".

Make it make sense.

Was Nathan brown from the eels fined or banned for that video that went around a few months back with Hayne?
Media labelled it a 'streetfight' 'brawl' '2am drunken altercation'
That footage looks alot more 'damaging' to the game than Haas V Kelly.

We are going to pay for our 90’s success for a long time to come.

Equally will pay for shit club management since Wayne left the first time.
We should just start our own league, with black jack and hookers. In fact, forget about the league.

Absolutely nothing came of it. No fines, nothing.

I hope you have a good lawyer, you are going to be sued for leaking this hidden document.

Keep the inconsistencies coming folks, it is all going in to my further communications.

I dont have too much of a problem with Payne's 1 week. He reacted badly and his history has worked against him here. Without his past indiscretions i think he would have been fined.

Kelly however i believe probably deserved a worse punishment than Payne. He was the instigator and he was drunk. As usual, how the NRL can think they both warranted the same punishment is beyond me. How did Kelly get a smaller fine?
Technically, Haas has a smaller fine if taken in terms of % of salary.

10000/850k - 1.8%
vs
5000/150k - 3.3%
I'm not sure exactly what he is on, but i don't imagine it is much more than minimum wage.
