Two Brisbane Broncos rugby league players have been cautioned by police about their behaviour in Byron Bay in northern New South Wales over the weekend.

Police say a 22-year-old man was spoken to after he allegedly kicked a passing car in the early hours of Sunday morning.

Five minutes later, a 26-year-old man was spoken to by police for allegedly urinating on a wall.

The Broncos Club says it is aware of the allegations, but has declined to comment at this stage.

just for conversation sake... Hunt is 22 and Hodges is 26

FFS, why speculate on who?

someone was going to. but yes, you're right, we shouldn't be speculating. For all we know there might be nothing to the story at all

Just for conversation sake? Why would a REAL broncos fan drag their players through the dirt? Oh wait you have Titan in your name...obviously a fairweather.

fair call.

not a titans fan though (this has been my name on here since like 06 before the coast had come up with a name)

Ummm.

So when you read the article, you didn't immediately start speculating in your own mind who it was referring to?

I did.

I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and presume you don't think it's wise to speculate on a public forum. If that's the case, I agree.

I honestly didn't. Because there's quite literally dozens of players on the Broncos' books, and numerous who are 22 or 26 and it annoys me that people always jump to the conclusion that it's our renowned party boys again.

Valid point, but how else do you become a "renowned party boy"?

I can't believe this made the papers. [eusa_doh [eusa_doh [eusa_doh

Next week it will be
"Broncos player had a cop drive past"

Teo is 22
Parker is 26
Michaels is 22

thats all i could think of but ill add it to the other names so it doesnt seem like i was suggesting anyone in particular

don't add anymore names! who cares what ages the players are, there is no point speculating on a nothing incident.

CAn you please also check the ages of all Broncos-contracted Queensland Cup players from Central comets, Easts Tigers, Wynnum Seagulls, Burleigh Bears and Redcliffe Dolphins.

TIA.

I was going to defend the bloke saying that the CGU twins went off without being clear that their issue was with speculation being on the forum, but it's clearly not worth it.

"Oh sorry for speculating with only a couple of names, let me drag some more names through the mud so that it doesn't seem like I'm targeting people unfairly! [icon_lol1.

you know i have been reading this forum pretty regularly for but 3 or more years and hardly posted anything (nothing in the last 12 months) and this is exactly why... you cant say anything without having someone jump down your throat. What is the point of a forum if nobody is allowed to say anything unless you agree 100% with the content? isnt a forum meant to generate discussion?

Read what you've just typed once again.

You're completely contradicting yourself.
