No reason why they can't play in the NRL and still be a Broncos feeder team. It works for the Raiders...

The one I've heard isn't Lachlan Lewis, although I've heard about him coming also.
Marion Seve.
Have the Tigers forgotten about the value of having depth?
So let me get this straight...
2. David Nofoaluma
3. Kevin Naiqama
4. Tim Simona
5. Justin Hunt
Could be their full-strength line-up?
With Lawrence (pushing out from backrow), Peni, Milone and Kharwin as back-ups?
God dammit Wests.
ROFL... good luck with that at the GH.Ahh well, I have had a crack of posting over at the GH and seeing if I could introduce a bit of logic to the debate. We will see if I get through moderation.

I've approved this post, but, to be honest, one reason this whole site was established because it was for Raiders fans. So we aren't going to allow trolling (we have some very well respected posters who are supporters of other clubs, but then the do not troll).
The Broncos forced the killing of the Crushers as part of the ARL Super League war settlement. They then forced an extended monopoly on Brisbane as the part of the settlement as well. There's an obvious need for a second team, and even then, it would leave the market under served. I agree, at present, it is the NRL who is failing to take some sensible decisions on new teams and removing inequities in their own rules between the clubs.
Jack Reed btw was the product of the Raiders development program.
"He was taken to Souths Logan by Brian Edwards [Canberra's Queensland-based recruitment manager] as a teenager and Brian recommended him to Canberra," Reed's manager Jim Banaghan revealed."Canberra gave him a cursory glance, really.
"Jack hung in there but whenever he was named in their [Souths Logan's] Queensland Cup side on a Monday, Canberra would drop some NRL players back and he'd be pushed back to FOGS Cup on a Friday.
"He got disheartened. He was going to leave and have a season playing second division in England.
This is greeneyed's response to your post... a post that pointed out that our GF team had less imports than their round 26 team.
