Mole more or less just confirmed that Seve is on his way home on Twitter.

Marion Seve to the Broncos. First grader or depth?

Going off the Wests Tigers forum, depth for now with later potential. He was an outside shot at cracking the vacant backline spot there (only Tedesco, Naiqama, Nofoaluma and Simona are locked in) so homesickness likely played a part in his signing as his junior club is listed as Ipswich.

Awesome. The homesick card will go down nicely on the Greenhouse forum lol

Seve is a good prospect that requires more seasoning. As Moley was referring to, he hasn't had the best run with injury, playing only four games in 2014 and from memory not being all that active in 2013. 2015 was a step in the right direction and he displayed some quality foot-work. Last year I had him penciled in for the Tigers wing spot, but on closer inspection I think he needs to bide some time in reserves to grow into his body. I still think the Tigers need to find somebody better than Justin Hunt on the wing, but it appears they could be losing both Seve and Peni...so their options keep dwindling.

seems like wayne bennet is signing a lot of depth players?

If anyone was wondering -

The Mole's Monday Scoops! - Rugby League Week

BRONCOS EYE YOUNG TIGER

The Broncos are set to sign promising Tigers centre Marion Seve.

A 20-year-old speedster who has been a member of the Tigers’ NRL squad for the past 12 months, has secured a release to the Broncos.

A former Australian Schoolboy, Seve played two years in the Tigers’ NYC side before joining the full-time squad last season, but injuries held him back from playing in the top grade.

But Seve is big and strong and could be a bargain buy for the Broncos in 2016 and beyond.

Seve hails from Keebra Park on the Gold Coast – the school that produced Benji Marshall and a host of other stars.

THE Broncos have officially poached a Tiger cub in another daring recruitment raid, signing cancer-beating Wests sensation Marion Seve.

Seve will join the Broncos this season, further bolstering the club’s backline stocks following the retirement of Justin Hodges.

Ipswich junior Seve is the third under-20s star the Broncos have signed in the NRL’s off-season, after nabbing Cronulla’s Jamayne Isaako and Canberra’s Tevita Pangai Jnr.

It is understood Seve was unhappy at Wests and wanted to return to Queensland.

Seve and Pangai Jnr have represented Australia in rugby league while Isaako has represented New Zealand.

Despite the signing spree the Broncos are adamant they remain focused on being a development club and 11 of their youngsters were chosen in this year’s QAS under-20s squad.

However, the Broncos have lost several players in the 19-21 age group in the past year including Ash Taylor, Jayden Nikorima and Jordan Drew.

Brisbane identified outside backs as the area in which their junior stocks were low and signed two of the best teenage talents in the NRL.

Seve is regarded as one of the most devastating young three-quarters in rugby league.

A product of league nursery Keebra Park on the Gold Coast, Seve fought testicular cancer which spread to his liver in his teenage years but emerged from the battle to win the Peter Sterling Medal as the country’s best schoolboys player in 2013.

Seve represented Queensland in last year’s under-20s State of Origin and has the potential to be another great signing for the Broncos.

In fact Seve is rated so highly, the 20-year-old should make his NRL debut at the Broncos this year.

Broncos also expected to debut in 2016 include back-rower Jai Arrow, winger Elijah Alick and utility back Carlin Anderson.

A breakdown between Seve and Tigers coach Jason Taylor helped deliver him to Red Hill.

So, Jason Taylor working his magic once again!

Is the Tigers forum doing a GH? Yeah, don't answer that... it's purely rhetorical.

The Tigers forum is perfectly reasonable and fairly restrained given what they've had to put up with over the past few years. Unlike their club, their fan forum would be consistently in the top half of the competition.

Tigers fans on Twitter are losing the plot
