How would people feel about a swap agreement between Eels and Broncos with Hunt and Radradra?
No fucking way.

That is fair enough and if it is true you will also ban your self for 6 months. hahahahah

Just another little snippets - shhhhhh - keep it to your selves though.

Napa has already signed - what is holding it up is they want him starting next year - this was hinging on hargraves who yesterday signed for a further 3 years.

Don's tell anyone will you. lol

The Troll

So what's the hold up now then?

If it was hinging on JWH re-signing with the Roosters, then surely there would be nothing stopping them from announcing it now since it's been 24 hours since JWH re-signed.

Parra need a hooker too so I wouldn't be surprised if Hunt was a decoy for them targeting McCullough

I have an 11 year old daughter that is really good at science. At the moment she wants to be a vet but I'm trying to convince her to be a scientist that specialises in cryogenics. That way I can be frozen after grand final day and thawed out for the next season.

Anyone who wants to help fund her education can join me. It can't be any worse than this.

You say that but.. It would allow Kodi to link up with Milford in the halves which wouldn't be all too bad
Why would we sign the best winger in the game and not a decent new forward and lose our halfback?! This is just getting ridiculous... the off season sends everyone mental

Sport is not only about winning, certainly not at all costs, regardless of the level you play at.

I disagree. I would take no pride in being a sportsman that was on the end of losses every week. If you would, more power to you.

The importance of sports in society is often underestimated and misunderstood. They serve the purpose of teaching teamwork, as well as showing the importance of rules in society... and that no one is above said rules!

Who said they'd be renegades? :) I just said i'd sign a convicted criminal if it made the team better. The natural assumption is that he would be a team player, otherwise it's safe to assume the team won't improve overall.

Sports at the top level are even more important due to their public reach and influence, not to speak of the rewards that come with them.
Allowing serious criminals to reach that level, is essentially saying that committing serious offenses won't stop you from reaching the top, and become rich and famous.

Committing serious offenses doesn't stop people from becoming rich and famous anyway, so why should this apply only to sport? /can of worms

I for one, am not willing to accept that, just to feel good about a competition win...

I say this sincerely - if you want to put moral weight into a game with a bunch of guys who've in a bubble for most of their lives and get paid more than any of us to run around with a ball because they're more physically gifted than the rest of us, more power to you. I don't care. I don't consider them role models, I don't care who or what they are in their time away from the field, I support them because I like who they are on the field. If the NRL registers them, I don't give a shit what they did previously. Sport to me is a hobby, something to pass time, it doesn't reflect my opinions or my personality, it's just something to do. Like me shooting someone in the head online - something to do, nothing more nothing less.

Being "proud of your team" IMO (in the event they are serial losers), is the catcall of someone who's ok accepting failure. It's the whole the winner ***** the prom queen and the losers cry about doing their best/community pride mentality.

Apparently Ben Hunt wasn't in Sydney at all.

He was in QLD looking at wedding venues.

It's obvious that we are signing Semi to play in the front row

I've got it sussed. We signed benji so he can be a ball playing prop who can kick on the 5th also. Good old Wayne is a pioneer in this game. A true revolutionist

My thoughts exactly, though I still think it was brilliant defense that clinched the deal.

Wait I thought there was some jigsaw with multiple pieces? Now there's no jigsaw?

If we hit that bullseye, the rest of the dominos will fall like a house of cards. Checkmate.
