I'm not sure he would be better then knik to be fair. He's 30 and is getting sacked by a terribly under performing club in an easier/less intense competition. And even though knik may not be great, all the areas he lacks in cooper does not bring anyway. At least knik has a great attitude, has been playing in the nrl, and has youth on his side.

Having said that, if he came for a bargain price & Bennett pulled his attitude in line might be worth a gamble, but I'd prefer hodkinson as he brings what we need from a back up

We've found a few promising rookies, but let them all go in recent times (Taylor, Nikorima, Paia'aua (?). There are a few in the 16-17 range too, I think? Just gotta try to put faith into the most promising one and not let them go and develop well IMO.

Thorn has been there five minutes and already identified that he wants Duncan Paia'aua in his team. He loves him he had him in the Queensland Country side.

I was impressed with Paia'aua when Broncos moved him from 20's to ISC he played really well and handled it. He had Oates with him too at CQ and they played really well together they got a draw at Redcliffe and shouldn't have. Not too many CQ sides would have come away from Redcliffe with any points.
