The Isaako rumour is in the daily Telegraph

Keep in mind, this may also force the Broncos hand, particularly seeing Isaako wants to play fullback sooner rather than later. Darius may get the tap on the shoulder to ensure Isaako stays. Watch this space.

I really don't like this rumour, wouldn't be the worst thing but it goes against what we are trying to achieve. We should be releasing players completely on their attitude, isaako has a great attitude despite his recent poor form, and we are also currently light on outside backs

May not be Isaako wanting to leave, just the Bulldogs are desperate for quality backs and they have a fair bit of coin to burn now they are slowly getting their salary cap mess back in order.

To be fair, the story was his wife was homesick, which she very well may be, and the 'journalist' simply put 2 and 2 together.

FFS you can basically fly to Sydney faster than being able to drive to the Gold Coast these days... And the team is there every second week or so anyways, I don't get it, Sydney is a hole..

The Dogs and Pay are a joke. How do you think Martin and Lewis are the issue in your side and that a plodder like Elliott will solve your issues?

I can't believe he keeps dropping Martin. The guy could've been inline for origin this year with Qld's current setup.

Talk he might go to ESL but he seems far too good to go there

Pay is absolutely clueless... by a great margin the dumbest coach in the game IMO.

The decision to drop Martin is especially odd since Harawira-Naera is set to miss the game. As it appears, Elliott will play on an edge which is a position he's struggled in.

Otherwise, I don't mind the decisions from Pay. Holland, Lewis and Martin have reached their glass ceiling and Pay has to explore other options if he wants the Bulldogs to succeed.

Sounds a bit like the notorious josh Hoffman

James Roberts to Dragons for Zac Lomax anyone?

Was thinking give us a gun goal kicker and we can flick Isaako and have a genuine winger

Are we really giving up on Isaako? I'm certainly not, he just needs to get some confidence back and work on his hands and he'll be a gun winger that kicks at 85%, ludicrous to think about moving him on.

What about Lomax then , the kids something special

I'm not giving up on him yet, but he's been consistently making costly wrong decisions in defense and he isn't delivering the attack we need either, so I am glad Seibs dropped him to give him a much needed arse kick!
