Lodge can't do anymore to say he is sorry for his actions. It was a moment of poor judgement that hurt people. It has cost him $100,000s, he still gets abused on field by crowds, he would have got picked for origin by now too, he has apologised formally and informally on multiple occasions.
I'm yet to hear an apology from Folau. In fact, I may have overlooked his stupidity had he just shut up and shut down his twitter. He only has himself to blame, you don't see lodge going on twitter bagging out the family he had to pay. Given the way he has handled the situation, his religious views don't surprise me given that there is a correlation between education and religious fanaticism

You are right about Lodge he has done everything he can and I give him credit for that. It doesn't make what he did easily forgivable however.

And Falou does not need to apologise, and why would he? It's what he believes and obviously lives his life accordingly. I think what he said is fairly retarded and he is probably a tad bit more fanatical than what people are used to these days, but that does not take away his right to express his beliefs.

The way the club is going on and off the field, who would want to come here... especially from interstate. it’s going to be a a few years of pain unless some miracle rookies spawn out of nowhere.

I’d prefer for Lodge to become a faint distant memory in the Broncos long history.
