Staggs has played on the left before, I haven't seen anything from him to suggest he's more suited to either side. No big right foot step, not real right hand flick pass or anything like that.

I thought Ryan already had a consultant role as he had a job with the reds. I thought Ryan was already employed to come in from time to time as part of that role.
