Well Andrew Gee keeps coming out saying we haven't approached Widdop. I hope we aren't sitting on our hands while other clubs sign players. I think Widdop is exactly the type of player Hook would love to have in the side. The Barba issue is probably a pipe dream. If he did come onto the market he would be a must get though.

You'd seriously have to ask Gee....why not? re: Widdop

and agree that he seems to be the type of player Griffin would welcome with open arms......

As much as I like Barba, Widdop seems to have a much better attitude, for that reason alone I wouldn't mind getting him.

Now if we can manage to fit Barba and Widdop under the cap, we'd have a premiership winning team no doubt.

Just throwing it out there, Tolman's off contract if we want a workhorse prop who wont play Origin.

Tolmana would be a handy buy but not for big money, he's a good work horse but doesn't provide huge impact.

Word is Bulldogs aren't very keen on re-signing him and would be happy for him to sign elsewhere as they would rather sign some of their young guns instead.

I rate Tolman really highly but considering we already have Hannant and McGuire I just don't see any room for him.

Would rather somebody like a TLL.

Damn, I was getting excited about the possibility of Barba pulling on a Broncos jersey!

Do you reckon Greenberg is just trying to stop all the talk about Barba or he is genuinely not coming?

Todd Greenberg has just tweeted that the rumours are untrue and Barba will be going nowhere. Could mean **** all though.

The way I see it if a players doesn't want to be there it's pointless them being in the team.

There not going to turn up and give their all and it can have a toxic affect on the rest of the team.

Man I hope we get Barba then add in Widdup and the Broncos look a whole lot better!
