Blah blah blah, I was there too that night, had the long walk back to the train station alongside the ****wit Storm supporters. The game was lost when Billy Slater denied Hannant a try with an illegal leg slide. When Hannant went over, it was the only time I'd ever seen Bennett jump off his chair and fist pump. Tragedy.

I can understand the hate, I really can, but I just don't agree. Sims isn't a top line prop and never was going to be, but he plays the game hard, aggressive, and with heart. We'd be able to sign him for a Metallica t-shirt.

I was there too. I forgave him after he and Nick Kenny ended the myth that was Justin Poore in 2009. I've never seen two bloke hit so hard so consistently for a whole game.

Everyone is a 'two point' ball runner now anyway.

He runs harder than any of our current props. I'd have him back.

Yeah I have moved on from the Ashton hate. Took me a long time, but I'm there now and would take him back for a Metellica shirt.

Still hurts thinking about that game in 2008. The wife and I were staying at a resort in Hervey Bay and the dude two floors up was a massive storm fan, had the banner out all day etc. When we looked like we were home (save for, you know, someone running the ball up like it's the first hit up of the match, losing the ball and inglis scoring the match winner in the corner) I was out on the balcony giving him shit and going off, and then the 9 words that still haunt me to this day "I **** face! look at the TV ya clown". Look at the TV ya clown indeed.

It would want to be a bloody good prop Bennett has coming. Very light on for forwards. Hala isn't much of a loss TBH.

Perhaps a change of scenery will help Hala improve as a player. I hope he does well. He can be a good prop. Hopefully Titans can get the best out of him.
