Brendon Smith being granted his early release for 2022. Means any chance of signing Grant slim to none as Storm have obviously thrown their eggs in the Harry basket for the future.

I also see Storm were quoted as saying they want someone of equal quality in return to grant the release ala the Addo Carr situation. Do we offer them Turpin and bring Smith in for 2022?

My initial thoughts as well. Can't wait to see White dribble about not being interested in B Smith and our cap is needed to sure up the existing hooker strength by upgrading McCullough and Turpin :(
