Given that Madge honoured the agreements of all the staff at the club before he got the job - do we expect to see him put a bigger fingerprint on the coaching and support staff at the club this off season?
I feel like Teo is a very un-Madge appointment. Teo could barely handle the preseasons at Souths, how’s Madge going to feel about him helping him set standards from a coaching capacity?

He could heal faster and be back earlier but it’s doubtful.

Put Arey at 6 as a kick bot and let Hunt continue running the team if we're in this spot imoThis will be a huge decision for Madge. I honestly don't know what he will do if we win the next 3 games and go in to finals in 4th spot.
My guess, if Hunt is killing it and the team is humming, he leaves things as they are.

It depends how we finish the season and how the assistants have been able to work towards Madges style and standards.
I wouldn't be surprised if he keeps both on.
Barrett has got a very good reputation as an assistant coach. (but a poor reputation as a head coach)
Te'o played under Madge in his 2014 premiership team, so he'd certainly be well aware of what Madge expects how how to live up to those expectations.

Yeah agreed regarding Barrett.
Teo seems to be a decent coach. Teo and Madge clashed a lot as player and coach. Teo even said when Madge first became Brisbane’s coach he said something along long the lines of “how the **** did you become a coach?”

Sounds like rubbish... he would've played this year except for his shoulder injury in preseason.
Smoothy gone and Paix seemingly on the way out as well... so we'd only have Billy, Bhunt and Bukowski... any salary cap saved from Mozer would have to be spent on Paix to have another hooker behind Billy and Bhunt.
This will sadly and most likely happen if we re-sign Paix and he doesnt deserve another contract, I wouldn't even give him bottom offer contract.

It's more to do with fast-tracking his development like Storm did with Grant but if they can get some money for him as well, that's an added bonus.
Madge isn't keen for either to be on Kevvie's staff and go to England so I would suggest that means they're still at the Broncos in 26.

I guess it gives us the chance to give him a run while being able to develop Bukowski further, who is reportedly giving Mozer a run for his money

I feel like it's rubbish... If Mozer is on loan on top of Smoothy leaving and Paix likely leaving, then we've only got Billy, Bhunt and Bukowski left on the books at hooker.
One injury in halves or hooker and Bukowski is playing under that scenario... so that would mean we're bringing another hooker into the squad... so what's the point
