Broncos Roster, Signings and Rumours Discussion 2026

Players develop differently. Did someone say Willson was better than Tino? Or was it that value for money Willson probably better option over big $$ for Tino?
the post that i responded to had **** all to do with value for money, It was just about them as players

Karmichael Hunt
Jharal Yow Yeh
Herbie Farnworth
Ben Hunt you could even argue
Id argue david fifita, he was defintely generational, and was at his peak in that period before he left and his first yearat titans

I’m going to be so upset when it’s announced. I’m happy for him but still…..

I think Haas will go for a few years but likely come back. He doesn't want to play against the Broncos.
I actually hope the NRL don't back down from the 10 year ban threat. If Haas goes then that should be all she wrote for his NRL career. If they're not harsh on this then the comp is about to start bleeding talent.

I'd be happy with Tino to replace Haas, but not for the kind of money he's getting at the Titans. We would be better served spending wisely rather than trying to directly just replace Haas with one play. We really need more props to stand up anyway. Haas and Carrigan could quite easily start to break down a bit with the amount of football they play week in week out. Its ridiculous really.

Then you factor in he can get $1.3m from us for the next 6 years easy, so that's $7.8m plus any 3rd parties and post career earnings.

Ummm ,, lets do some NRL algebra ?
7.8 mil in Oz = 3.9 after tax - 10 % for his manager . 3.5 Mil over 6 seasons .

Yeah nah. Very basic breakdown.
He would have access to very good people helping him invest and minimising tax .
It's still not 3 mill clear though like R360.
On a strictly financial basis he is crazy not to grab the cash.
