Lets just hope lockyers pulls up ok!!

Brisbane looked good in patches today, but there were 2 many dropped balls, and lockyers timing was off!! I expected so much more today. I know wallace and lockyer havnt played 4 a while but still, everyone else needed 2 stand up and they didnt barring a few exceptions. This was a perfect opportunity to gain momentum and catch up to the top 4 and they got complacent and it bit them in the arse!!

I just hope next week is better cause if we play the way we did 2day we'll lose!!

Despite a few moments of brilliance today I was quite disgusted with the way we played. Where is the passion? Where is the urgency? With the way the bulldogs have been playing recently we should have easily won that.
Oh and just quietly I would really like to shoot both Ray Warren and Gus Gould. BIASED FUCKING *****. **** THEM. /venting.

Taylor played well today. Bennett better keep playing him or I will be looking forward more and more to the day he **** off to St George.

Absolutely disgraceful performance.

The Bulldogs let us back into the game about a million times with some stupid mistakes, only for us to completely waste the opportunity.

Thaiday and Taylor were our best.

Judging by todays performance, WE WONT WIN ANOTHER GAME ALL YEAR !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Can't say we're in a true Broncos end of season slump, but today's performance was certainly typical of those in the back ends of previous seasons this decade. Hopefully it doesn't gather any momentum.

Yeah, we played like rubbish today. This is (nearly) the team the RAIDERS put 60 points on for gawds sake!

Anyway three things.

1) My liver is evil. This game and the Manly game are the two games that I didn't have some booze in and we lost both of them. Therefore my liver will be punished for each and every (home and away) game.

2) Why the HELL are they giving out free samples of DOG food at Suncorp?!?!? Is Rover going to say "This is much better than the usual crap you feed me"? (possibly by not peeing in the shoe closet?) I'd love to see the marketing genius who thought this up.

3) That fella I was sitting behind on the bus had TINY ears! My three year old nephew has bigger ears than him! It was disturbing.

What I put in the other thread before I saw this one lol:

Disgusting performance. Outside of Manihera, Hunt and Thaiday (I would include Ennis except for his constant attempts to milk penalties and kicking for himself when he had numbers outside him, selfish player) they should all be ashamed of themselves. They went out there expecting to win and were beaten by a side which had a dig today. It is obviously going to take a bit of time to get the rythym back with the guys coming back in but we didn't aim up anywhere on the park today and if we had played a decent side would have copped a hiding.

I wouldn't worry too much about this game guys, don't think Bennett would have had high expectations. They boys would have hardly trained the last 2 weeks, ala 2006, when to try and arrest our slumps all the players were told to leave Brisbane.

Took us a few games to get our groove back and then look what happened.... haha
