I was looking at the odds on Saturay - $4.60 to win.
Can't imagine what the margin bets would've been.

Paid 1.92 with the start, had 550 on them. Just had a feeling about the match, something about the time for the punishment to sink it, the pointlessness they'd start feeling and the test before the game involving the storm players. Gutfeeling as indicated a day or two before the game. No idea why, just a weird feeling they'd go well.

It wasn't that great of a performance by Broncos. A lot of luck went their way, same as the Titans game. But in saying that, best they've looked all season.

You seem like an angry person!!! It's one thing to get lucky, it's another thing to take advantage of it. (insert seedy man here). Whether or not we got any luck, we were by far the best team on the field for both of these games.

Don't get me wrong, I was so freaking happy after watching the Titans game. Just being cautious, don't want to be dissapointed next game. Preparing myself I guess : )

Well, I openly wrote, before the game was played, that I'd tipped them to win and win well, outlined my reasoning, stated I'd backed them with a betting agency. I object to Nashy stating that people are cockheads on this forum. As I said, this was before the game in the buildup thread. It's offensive is it not ??. I will enjoy the win and the money I made off it.

Considering you backed them, I guess I was right.

Oh, and just for the record.

Anyone who thinks we can win this game this weekend is blinded by their love of the Broncos. It's just not possible.

Frankly I didn't think there was luck in either performance. Sure, both Storm and Titans butchered a few opportunities, but I put that down to defensive pressure. ie, because the Broncos were giving so few chances, the added pressure to capitalise on the ones they got meant they overdid them and stuffed them up.

The Storm and Titans never felt comfortable, and that was what won the games.

Ok, i'll remove my "cranky pants" so I don't begin to upset people by stirring them up just for the sake of it. Yes I think Broncos deserved both wins and we did the hard work. But you can't deny that most games this season when the team has had a few tries scored on them they start to fall apart. I was quite happy after the Titans win and it does show that the Storm game was no fluke.
