Brace yourselves.

Need an epic crowd at Suncorp for this one.

We desperately need Locky back for this one.

We either need the Cowboys to beat the Raiders this week, or at least the Raiders to not win by more than 15 (because, every point the Raiders beat the Cowboys by over 15 points means that we have to beat the Raiders by that much)

We need the Dragons to beat Souths next week.

ok i would go with this team

01. Josh Hoffman
02. Antonio Winterstein
03. Alex Glenn
04. Israel Folau
05. Jharal Yow Yeh
06. Darren Lockyer [icon_pray. [icon_pray. [icon_pray. [icon_pray.
07. Ben Hunt
08. Shane Tronc
09. Andrew McCullough
10. Nick Kenny
11. Ben Te'o
12. Sam Thaiday
13. Corey Parker

14. Matt Gillett
15. Josh McGuire
16. Scott Anderson
17. Mitchell Dodds

I IMPLORE EVERYONE WHO CAN GET TO THE GAME TO HEAD OUT TO LANG PARK NEXT FRIDAY TO CHEER THE BOYS ON, LETS GET A BIG INTIMIDATING CROWD OUT THERE.

Dont forge Knights are still a slight chance.
They need to win both their games against the Dragons and Storms to have any chance.

Season membership coming to an end, hope we can end up with a 50% (6/12) win rate at home

I like the idea of Lockyer and Hunt in the halves.

I'll be at Suncorp pushing them all the way, hopefully to victory!

I may have to swallow these words, but with this coach, not even with the complete Qld SOO team would we ever get anywhere! [icon_non

Ivan is a Blue isn't he? Course they wouldn't, he'd sabotage them.

Really don't think it's solely Henjak's fault.

Definitely not the players are just as much to blame.

If the Raiders beat the Cows by more than 15, then if I'm correct, I believe we'll have to beat them by approximately
((cows/raiders victory margin) - 15) / 2 + 1?

Put Gagai on the wing and Hunt at halfback.

Agreed. But the inability of the Broncos to be motivated and committed to play for eachother the last 2 seasons is alarming.

Bloody oath it's alarming. Given that the players are professional footballers playing for a club with a proud heritage and an amazingly loyal, committed fan base, you have to wonder.

Sure, we have a young squad, but that's a cop-out in my view as we have so many other experienced and talented players as well, together with the fact that a month or so ago, we were playing such great footie that many considered us serious contenders.

There has to be an other answer, and I think the club should be asking serious questions to find the answer.

I also don't think Lockyer's absence explains the total team meltdown. Wonder if the relationship between the players and the coach has anything to do with it?

Also wonder why our forwards only made less than half the metres of the Warriors' pack.

01. Josh Hoffman
02. Gagai
03. Alex Glenn
04. Israel Folau
05. Jharal Yow Yeh
06. Norman (Locky won't play. He'd be silly to play, apart from which Norman needs the experience)
07. Ben Hunt
08. Shane Tronc
09. Andrew McCullough
10. Sims (He was there when we had a winning formula)
11. Ben Te'o
12. Sam Thaiday
13. Corey Parker

14. Matt Gillett
15. Josh McGuire
16. Scott Anderson
17. Mitchell Dodds

Why drop Winterstein for Gagai this late into the season? It would be a bad decision IMO.

Give the new fella Gagai a go. Love to see him play. Nothing to lose. Winters is leaving and has really contributed SFA in terms of impact which we need.

Yeah, Sims is leaving but at least I thought he did really well before Henhouse took a dislike to him, and he was part of a winning formula when he played - winning meaning up the middle where it counts, not waiting on the wing for the ball which apparently isn't ever there.

My predictions

1. 40,000 crowd. As if we'll fill the place against Canberra.
2. Lockyer won't play
3. We'll win but not by enough to sneak into 8th spot.

Our F&A has been trampled in recent weeks. We'd only be making up the numbers going into the finals with the form we've displayed.

I like the look of a Hunt/Lockyer halves combo too.

We need a quicker halfback who at least looks like he has the ability to put the defensive line in indecision.

The forwards really need to lift IMO though, they're the most glaring problem we have at the moment.

The news seems to be that Locky won't play. I believe he wasn't with the team last night. I wonder why?

And why would he want to be seen with this sorry lot and risk getting smashed?

Unless there is a dramatic turn-around on the last 4 performances, we get shredded.

I predicted Warriors by 40 unless a shift to the form of a month ago or so. It didn't happen. We got flogged. Same again. Raiders by 40' unless ...

So much for the team playing for the honour of being a Bronco.

So much for the players giving their all to maintain the proud tradition of making the finals for what, 18 seasons in a row?

Something is rotten to the core in the club.

Havnt the Raiders put 50 on us in our last two encounters? even with Locky playing?

We wont beat the Raiders, and i personally wouldnt want to finish 8th and get smashed by WB and his Dragons.
