I don't think Origin plays apart in that.

Right now, it appears the administration are only concerned with consolidating the game and assessing expansion when they're ready instead of rushing and throwing in a WA team for the sake of having one.

It's going to be a slow and steady process but I believe the game is finally in good hands.

Correct. The powers that be don't actively grow the game because origin is so successful. It won't have this appeal forever - namely when Queensland start losing.

The NRL aren't rushing in to expand Rugby League (most likely partly because of it's failures before in other states)

and it's SOO's fault?
