What's weird is i heard a rumour from a pretty reliable source a couple of weeks ago that he was coming back. then it died down. but what's weird is today in brisbane from that same source who works with the broncos i heard that he is indeed coming back and it's just about working out the final details. also i heard he is taking a big cut to come back for the broncos.
take it for what it's worth but i'm telling you this guy is a pretty straight shooter.

Yep that I can live with. ALthough I suspect Michaels will train well over summer and get himself back in the centres next season. The sooner Michaels realises he is a winger the better.

I didn't read everything above but Folau needs to stay on the wing and he will be the Broncos version of Jonah Lomu. At the moment he is really just your finish man but wait till he starts to make them all himself.

As for Hodges to Fullback. IMO Hodges body would not be able to handle the extra pounding it would take from kick returns. He has the evasiveness to escape the tackles but not really the speed any more to really hit through the line like he used to. Depending on the Broncos finals hopes, if you can't make it then just bleed a young gun and try to help mould a player for that role for 2010.

Agree we need to do everything possible to get Kemp back. I think he is the ideal replacement for K at Fullback! And I also think Michaels will come back bigger and better next season. He's a kid who can play, but is down on confidence this season and has had it further eroded in almost every NRL game - play out the rest of the year in Q-Cup he will re-bound for a cracking 2010.

I agree with the Kemp stuff. For one - we were not sure about what we wanted at the time (it all went to shite as far as I'm concerned and the results are now showing) so we told him to go then he started ripping it up even more and the warriors struck gold but unfortunately for them it is not working out - which sometimes happens in life. I reckon we should approach him and maybe warriors might release him - if the Broncs are willing to swallow their pride and admit there was a mistake made here.

Folau - train him as a centre in the off season or perfect him as a an ultimate winger finisher. (whether he is happy as a winger for his career though - hardly any winger wants to be a winger for life now)

Hodges to FB - no thanks. Agree with whoever said don't weaken another position to strengthen another. We would be weak as piss without him in the centres IMO.
