Yeah we seem to have gone back to a bend not break philosophy... which is what we did in 2015 as well, but it's heart attack material.It feels as though, and has for a while, that this is the last ingredient that we need to go next level. Some more aggressive. Someone like James Graham would be a dream come true. He would bring some more balance to the squad.
Could be good timing too, because from memory Kenty has a court appearance on the 24th, so he'll be back to claim his chair on 360 on the 25th no doubt
Last year we had far more linespeed and aggression in our defence... not sure if it's the team fatiguing due to the rough start to the season, shortened preseason, etc. but they're very much catch and wrap at the moment and conceding far too many meters and offloads.
The team as a whole desperately need a bye and we'll need to find rest periods for Patty and Cobbo as well.
Walsh has been in and out with injuries, so he's most likely fresh and will be looking to back up... same for Payne, although NSW will run him into the ground because they have no one else... can see him needing rests due to the ongoing knee issue.
Mam also looks like he needs a break to sort out some niggles, but it's very likely he'll spend the upcoming bye with Qld's extended squad... if not in the 6 jersey.

Jimmy seems like a smart cat. He had the toughness and the smarts. Real leader qualities. Would be great to have him, not sure how he would actually go as a coach
