I Doubt Copley would be on too much. Has hardly been in main squad etc. Reed got renewed after he made the English team and had a "breakout" season. No doubt Copley would get more on the market though. The only people who seem to rate Jack Reed are Wayne Bennet and Wally Lewis, everyone else thinks he is pathetic haha.

So what you're telling us, the best coach in the world, and the king rate this "pathetic" bloke?.... Well that's convinced me.
And where can i see the results of this non existent poll of every other human who thinks hes rubbish according to you.

I and a lot of people rate jack reed, not because wayne or wally or anyone else says we should, but because we actually watch more than 1 game a year.

What im getting at is, bring some facts, Not just outrageous statements.

I Could probably guarantee that I go to more games than you. I go to every Home game, Any game on GC, usually 2-3 games in NSW/VIC plus all finals games. Watch Broncos V Cowboys in Townsville, Watch us against Roosters in finals, and against cowboys in finals, and against Titans, and basically most games. There is almost always at least one try scored on his side due to him being too slow, or falling off a tackle or rushing up in defence. Bloke is mud. And you can't say his attack is that great. He is okay considering how slow he is, but there would probably be 20 centres I rate more than him.

This is getting a little off topic but I find it amusing that Reed cops a flaming from some for letting in all these tries on our left side while Milf gets away virtually unscathed.

Milf has improving to do for sure, but he has definitely improved as the season went on. I'm talking about other centres running around Reed. Reed needs to mark his centre and he doesn't, he almost always comes off second best. Whether that be by rushing up and leaving an overlap, or by being pushed off by his opposing centre. If you don't believe me, next week I will make up a compilation video of some tries that were scored on that side.

I wasn't a huge fan of Reed under Hook, but he had a stretch this season where he was absolutely carving it up. He'll come back better next season.

He had like 4 good games in a row yes. But that was because of what Milford and Hunt were doing inside him, He did well, sure, but he is just too slow. Look at some of the Milford highlights, Reed takes so long to get anywhere near him and in one instance Milford passed the ball a good 15m backwards just so Reed could get it. Copley and Roberts are both far superior in attack, and I don't think any worse in defence. Not to mention they are both a fair bit younger and can get better at reading the attack.

Because he he has to over compensate for Milford getting run over by the 2nd rower on the edge.

What's up with you lately? Half of your posts are just incoherent dribble. Copley won't play anywhere near 10 origin games, Roberts on the other hand probably will. And what do you mean "for one year"? Roberts increases our premiership chances for every season he's here, which looks to be at least 3.

and someone will make a video of all the great defensive plays he made. compilation videos are propaganda, they're just put together to serve ones agenda. Reed isn't the greatest centre in the world but to say he's a defensive liability is just plain bullshit.

oh, congrats on attending so many Broncs games by the way, you must be so proud. unfortunately attending games doesn't make you any more of an expert than the people who watch the games on tv.

Come on, your Reed hatred is clouding your judgement. You can just as easily say Copley bombed that try. He should have kicked harder to the corner for an easy try.

I like Reed. I think he's done a pretty good job with a busted shoulder the last couple of years but unfortunately for him that shoulder is always going to be a risk. If it's a choice between him and Copley then Reed has to go. Copley has a future.

I honestly don't understand how you can think saying he is a defensive liability is bullshit. He has made us lose multiple games. Basically anytime the opposition run at him inside the 20 they score... Would actually love to see the stat of how many successful tackles he makes in that area as opposed to normal play.
