Apparently the players vote 3-2-1 on their opponents after every match. Which basically means if you a good player in a crap team that gets flogged every week there's still a good chance you will poll highly...sounds fair!

Pretty much the opposite of the Dally M voting. Successful teams with dominant players will poll better than #### teams, or teams who are winning but sharing the load around (a la Broncos).
