Under performing. It's rated highly by Broncos fans, but not many others. According to most, TC is past it, Hannant, Thaiday and Parker are solid first graders, Clinton's a journeyman and the rest are as yet untested young blokes.

Pretty much spot-on at the moment.

Thaiday has the potential, with Taylor, to be a game breaker, and Tunsa running off Lockyer or Wallace also.

Clinton and Sims are simply not showing their talent. They have it.

Why is potentially such a good set of forwards not doing it?

Big Dave is the only forward i expect much of in the future.Joel Carlaw, Dick Kenny and Peter Parker aren't filling me with confidence.Sammy has been going alright.

I don't like Stats as the only way to judge players, but they make a bit of interesting reading:

Player (Runs, Metres, Avg, Tackle Breaks, Tackles, Missed Tackles, Errors)
Sims 8, 50, 6.25, 0, 17, 16, 0

Would 16 missed tackles be a record?? [eusa_doh

The stats have been updated, turns out he only missed two.. Still made crap all metres.

Which is good, did you see about how Wendell rated the Q Cup above the NSW equivalent? good news for QLD teams.

The biggest disappointment of the year IMO. I was really looking forward to him establishing at least a bench spot and contributing some good minutes this year. Instead he went backwards and is starting all over in 2009.
I hope Ivan Handjob has a plan to motivate him because the club really needs him to step up.

My thoughts exactly.

At the start of this year i was thinking by this stage he would have a permanent bench spot and even being considered for a starting position next year.

Next year, i think we must give him a bench spot. Otherwise he could start to look elsewhere IMO...
