I don't think Hasler should be fined. He basically said the refs were ****, not that they were biased.

7-2 and 6-1 penalty counts today don't look real flash. You can't tell me the only time the Tigers broke the rules tonight was a barely late challenge on Wallace that the refs were going to ignore. For a team that's lost 5 in a row they were surprisingly perfect in not breaking the line early, getting 10m every single time and never slowing down the play the ball.

You know, I don't mind uneven penalty counts. I hate it when refs try to even up both sides by giving penalties that they wouldn't have given earlier just to even up the counts. Plus I'd like to see as few penalties as possible each match, have the players play the game, not the refs.

Well Des it's pretty simple, you get penalised more if you engage in more infringements. Pretty simple really.

I will agree with him on the scrum penalty. Ridiculous.
