Pffft....Powers was shit.

If by a chance we do win this, do we play Manly? If Parker and McGuire eat their 7 weetbix, we could Brett Lee their asses through the middle.

When we win, we will play the loser of the Roosters VS Panthers game.

Broncos v Panthers in Penrith is pretty much a lock if we win.

We wouldn't be playing in Penrith.

Their stadium isn't on the list. The only stadiums in Sydney that can be used is Allianz or ANZ.

If we win, I think we can beat Panthers.

If we go on to beat the Panthers, who do we then face from what game?

If we win, we couldn't ask for a better next opponent than Panthers. We came really close last time and we are a better team than we were at the time.

Beating the bunnies will be near impossible but I'd rather face then than the roosters.

****, let's just beat the Cowboys first.

It's game day motherfuckers.

Let's do this shit.

Any support for starting Hannant and Kennedy tonight ? I reckon we could do with those boys against Scott and Tamou...sort of even things out a bit in the early stages. I'm just hoping we get the jump on them and start well with enormous enthusiasm. I believe the Cows are a bit flakey and may be talking the talk but are fragile psychologically ( if a group can be such a thing !)

The Cowboys are the team that carries the biggest expectation, the biggest burden. If the Broncos can rattle them then mistakes show come, the nervousness. We very definitely have a big chance but a flat start will end our season. That first ten minutes should be super high energy.

I expect next years jersey will be crap. Whoever is in charge of designing the jerseys needs to be sacked.

Bring back the old Powers jersey.

Mate, as long as Milford's in it it will look good to me.

The Rabbits are prone to a pre-2010 Saints choke, they've done it the past two prelims, and they'll (probably) do it again. Manly are done, I don't think I've seen a team that finished second end up as physically and mentally broken as Manly are, so I hope the Rabbits are counting their chickens early.

I think starting with Hannant/Kennedy is a great idea.

Leave Gillett on the bench and inject him after 20 and tell him to just get in there and smash them !!

A good start is a must in this game, so hopefully Hook realises and mixes things up a bit from the start.

Lol, exactly. This is in and of itself a mammoth enough task given our season.

Also, why are people automatically giving the Rooster the win?

The fact that Panthers have only won 5 from 13 away games and haven't beaten any of the teams in the top 4.

Roosters have hit their best form, and Panthers have too many players out.
