Gillett has to be out surely.
Did you see the way his arm was hanging? There is no way that's an injury he can get over in a week.
It happens to Gallen all the time & he plays.
Oh wait.

I was calling for his sacking after the 2012 season and have been unpopular on here ever since. Two years down the track and the Broncos are still stuck in the same old situation, as good a forum as BHQ is, the posters who stick their heads out tend to be the most knowledgable. Broncospawn is a good fan and a nice guy but would probably be more suited to the Bronco's fb page forums where encouragement and hope is dished out on s regular basis by posters who only have a limited perception of the game. He is a true fan though who would never jump ship no matter how bad things got.
Don't worry, hayseed's gone now.
Matt Moylan av, hey?
You aren't a true fan.
Your name is similar to Rabbit. Coincidence? I think not.

I think you will find that a lot of posters are members, I know I certainly am.
That all has nothing to do with it, he is proud of the fact that he will be cheering on the opposition in a finals match. For all I know he buys his membership so he can go along each game and cheer on the opposition there too
Why do people care if the Cowboys win? You don't get Origin shields for providing the winning NRL club.
Because I'm from Mackay and if I was born 10 years later, Cowboys would be the team I'd support. Why do people care if the Cowboys win? You don't get Origin shields for providing the winning NRL club.
Should we therefore support the Storm because they have 4 Queenslanders in their team? Souths have three which by my reckoning is one more than what the Cowboys provided.
AFAIC the Cowboys can go **** themselves.
Mate, I've been a member 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 and now 2015.
I wanted the Griffin era to be over, falling arse backwards into eighth is something people are happy about now I guess expectations have dropped which is something I refuse to accept.
I had red mist last night seeing how happy people were when I feel we should've beat Melbourne to get in off the back of our own efforts, hell we definitely should have except we made so many bonehead mistakes. Maybe if we played the last game of the round I could've viewed that game as reducing the defecit to the Warriors PD but it felt like having everything go our way just to extend the season to another game that is against a team in white hot form which we can never seem to play the way we should against.
I'll delete my posts.

Read enough about this real fan tangent. If you guys want to continue that conversation feel free to start your own thread where the rest of us won't have to read it.
Focusing on the game for a second and it really doesn't bode well for the Broncos.
North Queensland have only lost one game at Townsville all season, Round 3 v Warriors to the tune of 20-16. Since then they've been undefeated at Dairy Farmers and have beaten the likes of Sydney, Manly & Souths at home.
Brisbane have yet to register a finals win over them either, sitting at a 0-2 record.
Key for the Broncos will be ensuring they get off to a good start. The Cowboys are filled with confidence players who go missing when the going gets tough so ensuring that we get off on the right foot and apply the right amount of pressure from then on will go a long way to earning the victory.
Also need to apply all sorts of pressure on JT's kicking game.
Ideal Broncos Backline would look like this...
1. Josh Hoffman
2. Daniel Vidot
3. Dale Copley
4. Justin Hodges
5. Lachlan Maranta
With Hoffman/Hodges swapping in offence.
Will be a tough ask but anything is possible at this stage of the season.
I'm going to jump on the Hodges to centre in defence, fullback in attack bandwagon. He was horribly exposed on the weekend. Hoffman might not be the most creative fullback, but he is by far the safest in our entire squad under the high ball, for diffusing grubbers, and has a powerful running game on kick returns. If he's fit, name him at #1 and when the ball is in our hands he can move to the centres while Hodges roams. If Hoffman is not available, I'm a bit more concerned.
