Broncos held their own at Suncorp when they were putting us under enormous pressure with their kicking, I think we can do it again.

I think one of the most important things is for Broncos to put pressure on the kickers. Make it as hard for them as possible.

Unfortunately, they won't do that. All they have done is just stand there and watch them.

Yep spot on. Pressure pressure pressure, all night long on JT and Lui. As much as JT is an awesome player, if he gets a few knocks and does a dodgy kick or two early on he tends to go into his shell.

Getting our forwards to run hard at JT would limit his impact. If he gets a heavy work rate in defence he tends to attack slower and isn't as effective.

1000% Morkel. Hodges simply can't be anywhere near the back in D, I really hope Hoffman is good to go, we will need him in the defense side of it(bombs etc).

That Feldt fella is something else as well, will be hard to contain him under the high ball and general wing attack. Vidot(I think) will have a hard night trying to defuse all night as Luis will just bomb the shit out of him.

This is a game we can definitely win if we can keep our heads in the game.

Interesting though that Feldt is about 5th in the wing pecking order. He's only there due to mass injuries. So there must be some pretty nasty flaws in his game, unless it's another situation of a player with talent but a bad attitude.

He was dropped earlier in the year for the amount of errors he made, 10 errors in 4 games, a couple of them costing the Cowboys tries that would have won them the game.

The round 24 clash against Souths was his first game back since being dropped in round 5 IIRC.

They have a big forward pack so we need to turn them around as much as possible. We also need to attack their edges as they are vulnerable there.

Also, it would be helpful not to let Scott and Taumalolo run 10 metres before flat footed defenders fall off their grab and drag tackles.

There is also one problem with us attacking their vulnerable edges. The ball has to get out there.

If we take them on up the middle, we are little chance. Our strengths are edges and outside backs. Hunt and Barba really really need to step up and get the ball moving.

We need to treat Thurston like the blues did. I'll be happy to give up a penalty or two to get in his face and put him of his game. He needs to get hit hard everyone he kicks. Be offside if you have to, hit him late if you have to.

Hodges needs to lurk deep in the attacking line and get his beautiful cut outs to our wingers.

I don't see the issue with having a second team for whatever reason one might harbour.

I still would like Cronulla to win a gf before any other side except Brisbane.....I supported Cronulla for 15 years until the Broncos came into being.

No, I've publicly stated that I've supported Cronulla prior to the broncos on at least 5 occasions or perhaps even more over the preceding years. Everyone who has ever read my posts would probably know if they remember.
