Well Amorim's taken pot shots at the board so I assume we'll be enjoying the Darren Fletcher coaching experience soon enough..
Hire a new age 'hipster' manager who plays a formation that doesnt suit the players at his disposal at all, and that helped get 2 or 3 managers before him sacked. Promise him the chance to turn the squad over, which would obviously be needed when playing this system.
Results and performance of course do not improve as these players cannot or don't want to play the system, and the manager who's main style/formation his whole career has been a 3atb, is now asked to play 4atb, and work with what he's got only. You ignore obvious deficiencies in midfield to give him more 10s, a position where our best player by a mile plays.
This club does my head in. Amorim is not free of fault, of course, but he never stood a chance.
