I am sure mam and his team could appeal that decision and get it over turned citing the precedents, but I think he and the broncos might be wanting to just keep their heads down and hope the entire incident blows over.

Appealing would just cause another media circus about it.

I understood he got 2 fines of $850 . One for drugs and another for bad driving. But we only see $850 quoted ?

The media seem to be only quoting the fine he got from the courts ... I'm pretty sure the other was a regular traffic fine issued by the police

I still haven't seen where Ezra’s overall punishment fits within other incidents that the integrity unit have dealt with.

Ezra has been fined $120k total... where does that rank for fines they've dished out... was Pearce like $80k and they said that was the highest at the time??

And then suspended 9 weeks ... was Pearce 8 and that was also largest at the time??

Also not talking about judicial charges so Hoppa copping 20 weeks or whatever for a flying elbow isn't applicable... neither would WADA and ASADA suspensions for doping
