Put yourself in the shoes of the female he groped - his so called mindless actions could have lifelong repercussions for her mental well-being.

Did you see the video? Pat was coming over with intent and then realised what was going down. He watched but was ready just in case. You have to respect Pat immensely, very switched on and showed great care for a team mate. Quality leadership letting the peacemaking happen but still being observant incase he was needed.
