PLAYER Ezra Mam

Yeah I remember that one too…

I just don’t get it.

Iirc his excuse was he was saying an Indian word that meant something else and Tendulkar testified in his favour.

To me it’s akin to snoop dog calling Tupac the n word….they do it all the time.

Not to get into the specifics of this, but not all people with the same colour skin like all the other people with the (roughly) same skin colour, and can be just as derogatory as anyone else.

I’m led to believe Australian Indigenous people and Pacific Islanders can be one such example

Now I don’t mean to make sweeping generalisations, and it’s only hearsay, but I’ve been told it’s a thing that exists in some parts

Happy he's re-signed. Hopeful he will kick on, he still has lots to work on but he has the right attitude.
2 and a bit years on and he hasnt really kicked on. Not sure about his attitude either. Needs to have a think about where he wants his career to go or if he's happy with everything he's achieved and coast for the rest. If it's the latter, hopefully we as an organisation have learnt from his predecessor.

Incorrect.
off the bench and now off that as well...

Nah pretty shit take. Mam even blamed the car crash on the racist incident…...which happened like a year after it. Personally if a white guy called me a honkey or a cracker I wouldn’t take offence to it, I’d probably laugh.

You haven't lived a life of discrimination based on your ethnicity. Of course you wouldn't care.

Your take was the shit one, not even one based on facts. Based on a journo looking for clicks. He got you. Hook, line and sinker. I do get the sense it doesn't take much for you to buy into a theory though, particularly when it suits your narrative, regardless of how made up it is.

You mean Milford.....?

Milf has a better highlight reel IMO. More genuine talent than opportunist.

And how do you know I’ve never been racially vilified? I have fwiw. Believe it or not whitey gets racist remarks made to them as well.

well maybe, but both promised a lot and never kicked on. both had potential CC performances in losing grand final sides and never managed to really hit the same heights.
so let's see what Mam wants to do.

I had milf as the future goat after that 2015 season. Then the team all got them free maccas credit cards…..
Does make you wonder what management was thinking. Maybe figured the team had more discipline than they did.

I don’t know what they were thinking. As for maccas Maybe they just like celebrities in their stores because it draws in a bigger amount of customers. I know for a fact years ago police on duty were given a discount there because they liked a police presence to deter undesirables, not sure if it’s still the case.

I thought they got free food. At least they used to in the Mackay maccas back in the day.
