Finals 2010

Kemp may be over-rated in my eyes but Yow Yeh is also over-rated in the eyes of most on BHQ also.

Kemp had a great season in 2008, Yow Yeh hasn't had a great season yet.

Personally, I like them both and I can't really pick between them but Kemp should get the nod over Yow Yeh given his history.

I rate both of them and make allowance for the youth of Yow Yeh.....with application and a good attitude and hopefully free from serious injury, he will have a long and illustrious career

I don't see why people are picking sides with Yow Yeh and Kemp.

On their day they are both fantastic wingers, and will probably get first bite of the cherry at the start of next season.

I don't see the hypocrisy. [icon_confu

At this stage, I have a preference towards Yow Yeh occupying one wing based on his combination with Hodges and his abilities.

The other wing could go to either Kemp or Gagai. Form will dictate who gets the nod.

I rate Gagai highly however i really want to see him given time to grow first 2011 in Qcup 2012 in Hodges spot.

As for Kemp, this year has been shit for him poor bastard everytime he plays he gets injured. Hopefully 2011 will be nicer to him.

Who's gushing over Yow Yeh?

Serious question or just taking the piss???

Deadly serious.

Unless saying Jharal has a good combination with Justin constitutes as gushing?

Yow Yeh has been gushed over just as much as Kemp. Not in this thread but in general..

i can't wait to see one of them playing outside Hodges and the other outside Inglis. its a mouth watering prospect IMO :D . but we really need to teach our wingers to defuse the high ball defensively, maybe we should get an AFL marking coach to teach them eusa_think

Wasn't Yow Yeh included as 18th man for Origin this year ?

It seems people more qualified than anyone here seem to think he's a talent.

He has talent but how often do we see it???? Should never have been 18th man anyway that was a complete farce. The second Yow Yeh plays origin the QLD dominance ends.

Once we get Kemp into the team then we will win 43 premierships!

Kemp is the new Hodges... We all know the skill is there (When he plays)

Kemp is like Kelly.
Early in his career Stuart Kelly was a decent finisher.
But that all he had, speed.
He would continually get dominated in tackles.

Who has an agenda now...

Yow Yeh is obviously a prospect. Henjak and co. just need to iron out the Parramatta complacency nubiness.

**** me. Brad Meyers played for QLD and Australia.
Steve Michaels has been a fixture in the "emerging QLD Origin squad".

18th man in an Origin game is not an indication of anything.

Yow Yeh HAS talent, yes. But he was as inconsistent as Wallace this year and needs to be on notice to shape up next season or ship out IMO.
