I agree with Jeba's side. Hoffman is clearly the Broncos best option at FB but we really don't lose too much with the solid and dangerous Beale back there. I just hope the occasion doesn't get to Beale the way you know it wouldn't have got to Hoffman.

Time for the young brigade to really step up and show us what the Broncos will be capable of for the next decade.

hoffman is just getting so good its ridiculous. sucks he is out.

i think we will take care of the warriors no problems regardless.

I'm not worried about Beale stepping up. I'm worried about Copley...

We have the cattle and the attitude to be competitive against all comers - this will ensure we go a long way in this comp, but geeze I've been disappointed with our attack against any sort of quality defense. I'm not sure it's something you can 'fix' at this point of the competition either. We've limited set plays and even more limited variation. IMO it's completely underwhelming and shouldn't pose too big a problem for the other contenders. In fact, I'm not sure I can remember a time where we have relied on kicks so heavily to get us over the line. What I wouldn't give to have Henjack still on the payroll as an assistant. He may be a prickly customer, but there's no doubting his tactical astuteness.

It underlines how important Hodgo is to us. He's the one player that can consistently create something out of nothing. Fingers crossed he hasn't lost any confidence.

Do we think Gagai is a chance or did hook show his hand earlier in the season when he played Copely?? Pretty sure Dodds won't be in the side if Hala is fit as well.

Thaiday got charged with a grade 2 so 2weeks with an early guilty plea.

ffs thaiday makes a great tackle that gets out of position and he gets double the penalty of a bloke who runs thirty metres to king hit with clenched fist.

What a crock.

Whats the latest on hoffman?? Has he had scans yet??

They said in the hearing for Dave Taylor that they got the grading wrong on Uate. So it's probably not a valid argument.

I don't think the Broncos should fight it or look for a down grade. Just cop the 2 weeks. Win 2 games and he'll be available either for the prelim or the GF.

Exactly my thoughts, Coxy. What a bunch of clowns they are.

the point is i'd be happy to cop thaiday for two weeks if there was some kind of consistency that at least lasted through-out a season.

I'd love that too. But then I'd also love it if people could merge, use a roundabout and train stations didn't smell like urine.

That's not going to happen so we might as well get on with life.

We should take the two. If we're unsuccessful attempting to get it downgraded I think it gets bumped up to three games.

Correct. And would then risk missing the GF if Manly or Melbourne slip up this week and we beat the Warriors.
