He’s on the right trajectory, that’s for sure. Then we have the changes in 2026 - hopefully McLaren are doing their homework.

What a fantastic qualifying session. Both Aussies did a great job. Commentary said 6 out of the last 7 have been one by the pole sitter but given its Russell and he has a tendency to take himself out late in races when under pressure, both Aussies and especially Pastry in with a great shot.

Nope, stuffed it on what looked like an absolute flyer. He is going to have to do it the hard way from there.

Yep, both cars had an absolute shocker.

Hope the upgrades have brought race pace but even still from that far back going to need great strategy and safety cars to do anything
