I have seen every minute of every SoO game since 1980 but tonight after those 2 decisions I walked away from the TV.
I seriously doubt the integrity of the officialdom after tonight. I still don't know the outcome but I honestly beleive they have done their best to create a 1-1 scoreline.

They should be put before a jury of Rugby League fans, put on trial, and given a LIFE SENTENCE of being BANNED FROM SETTING FOOT ON A FOOTY GROUND EVER AGAIN, for CRIMES AGAINST THE GAME OF RUGBY LEAGUE. This goes beyond just so-called "bringing the game into disrepute".

And I hope Barrett gets rubbed out for the year, freaking grub.

A big congrats in particular to Mal for putting together 5 years ago the blueprint for Qld via the FOGS management team to return to the pinnacle of Rugby League.

Barrett should get 4 to 6 weeks for that tackle but no doubt deals will be done and it will be 1 or 2.

QLD win despite two very poor video referee decisions, a few other eyebrow raising decisions by the on field officials, and Billy Slater doing his best to lose the game. Honestly, I didn't think he could be worse than the World Cup final last year but tonight he was worse.

Add to that half the blokes having the squirts and blowing chunks, and injuries to Inglis, Hannant, Thaiday, Harrison and Tonga during the game. Insane!

How Barrett stayed on the field for a deliberate swinging arm to take out Inglis is beyond me.

Man of the Match was a ridiculous decision too. It HAD to go to David "LOLZMAN" Williams! Best player for Queensland bar none!

As for the MOTM, without seeing the stats I thought Harrison was one of our best, but really it was an all-round team performance.

LOLZ, Morris did nothing. NOTHING! Barrett at least justified his selection with his thug arm on Inglis and his try assist to Woflman. Weyman and Kite were absolutle nuffies. Lyon...average again, LOLZIPOPS! Gallen...was he even playing? HAHAHAHAHA!

BTW, what a legend Lockyer is. I know again people will say he was quiet, but the touches he had were crucial. And he was so committed in defence. Ben Creagh had NOTHING. Admittedly he got bugger all ball.

Those two video ref decisions in the first half seemed like they were trying to keep NSW in the game. The Harrison try wasn't pretty, but if it's awarded it's more than likely game over. And since when is the man playing the ball allowed to tackle the markers? Could have been 24-6 at half time. Defense won the game for Queensland and it was some of the smaller guys who really stood out there to me. Willie Tonga's two forced knock ons on Wolfman were sensational and Thurston and Lockyer barely put a foot wrong. Absolutely sensational.

The one thing I couldn't stop thinking about all game was just how screwed the Broncos are if ever there is a day where Wallace is in control without K Hunt. Honestly, he couldn't have been more average. His kicking game was horrible and his passing game was almost worse. What an unbelievable error the NSW selectors to not only pick him, but also players like Lyon, who at least had the initial intelligence to not want to be a part of a NSW team!
