It won't change. They are absolutely fucking useless at sport. The ads are over the top and their coverage is usually useless too. Just look at how seriously they took the Olympics. They didn't give a shit, they just want people to use their apps for everything.
Agree with all of this. Commercial ads I could stomach but when they hawk their own shoes over and over and over it becomes so frustrating. It's stopped me from getting into the tennis and even the commonwealth games.

I don't give a fuck about My Kitchen Rules. I don't give a fuck about the good doctor. I don't give a fuck about Home and Away.

Even if I could find a fuck to give their moronic ads have spoiled all the surprises anyway. Do people watch this shit?

Didn't mind the World Cup coverage but that was in a quiet part of the year.

Back on Cricket I think it's long overdue. The irony of Channel Nine running the coverage into the ground and then complaining it doesn't make money lol.

It's a bit dated but this is worth a read: https://www.theguardian.com/sport/blog/2015/feb/13/channel-nine-destroying-cricket-legacy

This is the happiest I have been in a very long time. Nine have been crap for years. Foxtel will do an excellent job. Can’t wait!

I don't give a fuck about the good doctor.
I agree with everything in your post except this, it is a top notch show, it really is. Only one episode did I find myself thinking it wasn't so good. Overall, just a fantastic show.

That said, I do remember watching the Winter Olympics one night and thinking, wow that add for the Good Doctor just blatantly lied (I had already seen the upcoming episode) and they deliberately edited it to make it look like there was a conflict between two characters that was and never has been the case.

Channel Seven has announced its first big-name signing as free-to-air broadcaster of cricket in Australia with David Barham, the man who oversaw the hugely popular coverage of the men's and women's Big Bash Leagues in recent years, named the network's new head of cricket.
Barham has been in charge of Network Ten's sports coverage since 2011 during which time the broadcaster drove record prime-time ratings growth for the KFC BBL and Rebel WBBL.

Gabba no longer has a test match in the important Summer series.. FML..

Not sure what the deal is with the 2 test series with SL.. Surely we could at least make it a 3 test series so it's got some meaning.

Justin Langer just announced as the new Australian coach for all 3 forms of the game.
Personally i think this is a good call.

That's a pretty good lineup although AB and BJ aren't anything special. Waugh and Gilly are excellent and Mel Jones knows her stuff.
