If there is a young one reading this, we as passionate fans, all we want is a whole hearted effort. We love the club, we want to see our love off the field replicated by your actions on the field. I know that the times I've gotten most dirty at the team is when they've given up. Put in, and only you will truly know that you did put in, and any criticism is then not directed at you as an individual.

The problem is we all know that the clubs is the best and we expect the best. We have such a "culture of winning" and we all love to see that, but really, take pride in the jersey, know we'd do anything to pull one on and run out, so enjoy it and treasure it because it is an honour.

End of the day, the real fans will cheer you every time you run out with a broncos crest over your heart, at least I always will.

Seriously guys, the thing we have to remember is that the current team is one of the youngest this club has ever had. This is going to be a tougher year than most as the kids learn how to play NRL. But we (the fans, the coaching staff, the club admin) all need to be patient and have faith. Putting them down and criticishing because you are upset at a loss is not going to help anyone. Sure there is room for improvement and everyone has the right to an opinion, but at the end of the day we need to continue to be supportive.

I for one am prepared to go through a bit of short term pain and probably not see as much on-field success this year, as I fully believe that it will result in long term gain and see us with much much more success in future years. Keep the faith people - keep the faith.
