As Flutterby said though ning, that's because we've been spoiled by past success. We can't be a top team every year. I take my footy seriously, but geez, if we're not at the top every year so be it.

It was brought on by too much negativity from a lot of people around here when we don't win absolutely every game. We have been spoiled by the club's success.

That is such a good point - it would frighten me to see what some people on here would be like if they went for Cronulla or Souths for instance

We have higher expectations than fans of Cronulla and Souths.

There is a difference between higher expectaions and unrealistic expectations.

I would certainly agree with that but I would say that some (not all) Broncos fans have an unrealistic expectation that because we win titles with more regularity than almost any other club that it is a given that we will be right in the mix every year

And imo I would say that's a realistic (and understandable!) level of expectation. But the way people are laying the boot in after 3 weeks is a bit ridiculous imo. Clubs have tough times. It's the nature of the beast. I just think people around here are perhaps forgetting that right now.
