Yeah there is all that but I guess we pick a spot, I'll call it now, Homebush Bay Brewery, easy walk to the stadium and has a seating capacity of 1000 and standing capacity of 5000.

Stupid question, but has anyone approached a travel agency? I know most people only think of them for overseas or touristy holidays, but agencies normally have allocations or preferential access to flights & accommodation for these types of events too. Often ends up cheaper too.
