Breaking news on Footy show on channel 9, apparently Friend has been charged with prescription drug offences by the police but a press release from the Roosters is that they believe that there is an innocent explanation.

Today show was saying that a police patrol saw him handing a pill to Todd Carney and that's when Friend was searched. The police are also investigating the misuse of prescription pills by other Roosters players.

Probably Viagra given their limp performances of late.
