I think Bennett will use Oates the same way he used Stagg. Another Mr Fix-it.

He would mainly play in the second row, but it wouldn't surprise me if we see him in the back line every now and then.

Kahu is no safer than Vidot, and I think Vidot is much better finisher. I just don't want him marking up on Waqa, because that will be a problem.

The latter three injuries aren't that bad and can probably be expected for most players, two acl's though, that's tough to come back from (although it's easier when you're younger!) and definitely requires a lot of determination and resolve.

I don't rate him as highly as others seem to but he seems serviceable on the wings. Have always been against this idea that he'll be a gun 5/8th though.

I was under the impression that Maranta was moved to left to partner Copley.

Looks like Broncos are going to have trouble defusing the kicks for Waqa..

That is not how they played last weekend so I highly doubt that will be the case this weekend. Vidot has been on the left all year and Maranta has been on the right.

I definitely agree Maranta should be switched. Vidot turns horribly slowly and Cronk is potentially going to exploit that with cross field kicks from our 40 all night.

The Broncos could do themselves a great service if that put some genuine quick pressure on Cronks cross kicks. Just cutting down his time by even a half second would be a help.

I'm probably going to get hung for even suggesting this, but part of me wants to see Vidot in the forwards for a match.
